Each owner will receive monthly update which include video inspections of the property and downloadable copies of the management agreement, the lease, paid invoices, and financial reports.

We suggest this to investors who would like to know if a property is worth putting money in. Its best to know beforehand if a property will generate income than to spend countless dollars on rehabbing a property only to find out its located in a hopeless area or the rental price you have in mind doesn't attract prospective tenants because its higher than the market suggest.
if you have us do a Due Diligence report and subsequently hire us to manage the property we will waive our $200 new property intake fee for that property. The net cost to you is only $150 if you hire us to manage the property.
