We start by marketing your property aggressively, and then begin screening would-be tenants to find the right applicant. Once we have a qualified tenant ready to move in to your home, we'll execute the lease and handle the move-in process from A-2-Z.

By opting for our Eviction Defense Program, our clients also benefit from the peace of mind that comes with knowing they're protected from the expenses of costly evictions. This unique program covers the various expenses associated with removing a problematic tenant from one of our properties. Each property has a page on our website featuring a marketing video, photos, description and driving directions. Rental properties are marketed on a variety of free and paid websites. Rental applications are taken online. Leases may be executed via email and fax.

3. Owner Payments and Statements

Each owner will receive monthly update which include video inspections of the property and downloadable copies of the management agreement, the lease, paid invoices, and financial reports.

4. Rent Collections and Evictions

We insist on timely rent payment from tenants. We act promptly when rent is not paid. When necessary, we handle the entire eviction process.

WE PAY REFERRAL FEES

When you refer us as a full leasing and management account, we will pay you a referral fee of 25% of the 1st months rent.

YOUR CLIENTS WILL ALWAYS BE YOUR CLIENTS!!!!

For a $350 fee, A2Z Professional Property Services will prepare a Due Diligence report. We will:

Visit the property.
Give you our decision as to whether we will agree to manage the property if you buy it.
Deliver an estimate of repairs needed to make the property ready.
Prepare the after-repair rental value of the property.

We suggest this to investors who would like to know if a property is worth putting money in. Its best to know beforehand if a property will generate income than to spend countless dollars on rehabbing a property only to find out its located in a hopeless area or the rental price you have in mind doesn't attract prospective tenants because its higher than the market suggest.

if you have us do a Due Diligence report and subsequently hire us to manage the property we will waive our $200 new property intake fee for that property. The net cost to you is only $150 if you hire us to manage the property.
